31. Priority on the roll. Cases which must be heard and decided without delay pursuant to a provision of the law or a decision of the Chief Justice or a judge designated by the Chief Justice for that purpose have priority on the roll, and in particular the following cases:(a) cases incidental to the forced execution of judgments (Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), a. 659); (b) cases to contest a claim produced by a creditor in connection with a seizure in the hands of third persons (Code of Civil Procedure, a. 711);
(c) cases to contest a claim produced in a case of voluntary deposit (Code of Civil Procedure, a. 667);
(d) cases relating to applications for authorization for seizure before judgment (Code of Civil Procedure, aa. 518, 519, 522 and 523).
